I LOST 85 lbs OF FAT TRAINING LIKE AN INMATE IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT.

I’ve felt like I was in prison my entire life even though I’ve never been convicted of a crime. MY PRISON is depression.

In the spring of 2020 I was in the middle of a sever depression that caused me to balloon up to over 260 pounds.

My Psychiatrist recommended that I start writing as a form of therapy. She also recommended that I try to make some new friendships. I decided to take her advice so one day on a whim I found a prison pen pal.

That’s how I first met “Red-Onion Randy”

When I wrote to Randy, he was two decades into a 1,214 year sentence without the possibility of parole in the state of Virginia. He had experience years of abuse as a child witch fueled a life of violence and crime. Randy had no close family, no money, and no resources. If either of us had a reason to be fat and depressed it was Randy not me.

Randy had also suffered from weight gain caused by depression in the past but unlike me Randy had overcome his past to achieve his goals, he was in amazing physical shape and happy in life despite his situation.

As our friendship grew Randy taught me how inmates in solitary confinement workout to get in incredible shape with no equipment. I’ve been training this way ever since. I’ve lost 85 lbs and become stronger than I’ve ever been. I have gone from 265 lbs to 180 lbs and overcome my depression.

Now Randy and I would like to help you on you journey. Please reach out if you need help.
