SERVING LIFE.

What 10 Maximum Security Inmates Taught Me About Overcoming Depression and Anxiety

Serving Life

Serving Life is where true crime meets personal growth.
It’s a collection of raw, intimate, and sometimes heartbreaking stories from men and women serving life or extreme prison sentences. Each chapter focuses on a different individual—some innocent, some guilty, all transformed. The book doesn’t glorify prison. It doesn’t ask for pity. It asks a bigger question: how do people keep going when hope is almost gone?

It’s part memoir, part mental health guide, and part spiritual awakening—told through the voices of those living it.
